Shipping & Returns

To send

• Shipping is free within the Netherlands for orders over € 50.00. For orders up to and including € 50.00, the shipping costs are € 3.90.
• Orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM will be shipped the same day. We always aim for a delivery within 24 hours. It is possible that the delivery is delayed by the courier service.
• Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Sunday evening before 23:30.
• Return costs are for your own account.

• Shipping outside the Netherlands will be shown during your check out. We ship to Europe and outside Europe

 

Returns

• Shipping costs for the return are EUR 5.25 and are for your own account.

• Use a hashtag # before your order number when entering your order number.

• Return the item unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging with the correct barcode and product name and with a card attached.
• In connection with sustainability, we would like to use the original packaging more often, so please handle it with care.
• Return within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• The purchase amount will be transferred to you within 2 weeks of receipt.
• If, after returning, the final order amount falls below € 50.00, the shipping costs of € 3.90 will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
